We invite you to our 2nd annual charity golf tournament fundraiser to help us with our annual funding on Monday, May 20th Shotgun start at 8am. Door open at 7:30am for registration. Breakfast brough to you by Old Town Donuts.

Join us Monday, May 20th.

Doors open at 7:30, mulligans will be available prior to T-time.

T-Time is 8:00 (18 holes)

Raffle during lunch

Event over after lunch and raffle and awards

**Also looking for volunteers, donations for goodies bags, and donations 

for on-line auction You do not need to be a Rotarian to be a volunteer for day of the event.

Golfers wanted! Even if you don't golf, you can help by being a sponsor, making a donation, or attend for lunch only! Breakfast and lunch included!

Golfers are just $100

Team of Four is $400 (Room for 22 more teams)

Lunch only for non-golfer attendees and volunteers $25

$5/goodie bag sponsor, get listed as donor on website. give us enough for 100 golfer bags

$100/hole sponsor, get sign at hole and listed on website

$200/interactive hole sponsors (limit 2), get to be live at the event at your hole to do an interactive booth, game, or custom beverage and listed on the website with a link to your company.

$125/beverage cart sponsor (limit 2) sign on both beverage carts and link on website.

$100/dessert sponsor logo on sign at dessert area of clubhouse

$100/lunch sponsor logo on sign at lunch pick-up area of clubhouse

$500/Bronze sponsor, Golf for 4 and a hole sponsor with link on website

ARTWORK for program

(All artwork and logos must be received by May 1, 2024, send earlier if there are minor changes.) We have a member who will design a full ad for $25 if you commit by April 30, 2024. All program ads will be in full color and business card size only 2" x 3.5". Submission for art should go to wsnewman@suntidesigns.com no later than 5/1/2024.  We can do artwork for you for $25 per ad.
